When will the office reopen?

Due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic and increase in cases, in an effort to protect the public and the MRHA7 Staff, we will continue to be closed to walk in business. However, our staff have been and continue to be available by phone, fax and email to assist you with all aspects of our operations. Please call us at 601-684-9503 we are ready to help.

How will I get my property inspected?

Although our office is closed to the public, we are allowing landlords to self-certify that their property is ready for move-in and meets the HUD Housing Quality Standards (HQS).
